James Randi is a professional magician, author, lecturer, amateur archaeologist, and amateur astronomer. He was the subject of a NOVA program dealing with his life work. He is a founding fellow of the Committee for the Scientific Investigation of Claims of the Paranormal (CSICOP), a non-profit organization of academics and other experts devoted to the examination of paranormal, occult, and supernatural claims. |
