And that’s why we stressed POSITIVE feedback at the workshop. We didn’t want to get into a mudfest. We wanted to make sure that we were able to provide constructive feedback to Microsoft whenever possible. And, for the most part, the dialog was respectful and civil.
Throughout the workshop we reminded the participants that we wanted to foster a positive experience for everyone involved, including the speakers from Microsoft.
We also encouraged a lot of participation from everyone. Even the lunches were working lunches (thanks to David and Ian). People were encouraged to submit and run BOFS and to present WIPS.
