Notes:
Epicondylitis -- lateral is outside the elbow, medial is inside. Muscles in forearm are inflamed. Area over the elbow is painful to the touch. Can cause extreme pain when straightening the arms or contracting against resistance. Mouse use is often associated.
Ganglion cysts -- ovoid bump beneath the surface of skin. Often associated with aching or weakness and usually appear in crease of far finger knuckle, on top of hand just above wrist, on nailbed or on palm side of wrist. Not usually dangerous in themselves, unless they compress a nerve, but indicate wear and tear.
