   Notes:  
 
Tendinitis -- tiny tears in the tendons caused by overuse or holding hands rigidly (static loading)
Bicipital tendinitis -- where biceps insert into shoulder joint.  Poor posture, or moving arm over a surface too high or far away, such as moving a mouse.
Rotator cuff tendinitis -- discomfort reaching into hip pockets or hooking a bra can indicate.  Associated with overusing the arm with elbows “winged” away from body, as if keyboard is too high.
Flexor carpi radialis tendinitis -- produces tenderness at base of thumb muscle.  Sometimes comes from hitting spacebar too hard.
Extensor tendinitis -- caused by hands being held in dorsiflexion for prolonged periods.
Flexor tendinitis -- muscles used to bend the fingers.  Pain appears in fingers.  Gripping a mouse too tightly or excessive finger motion.
