INVITATION FROM THE PROGRAM CHAIRS

Dear Colleague:

We are writing to invite you to NSDI '07, the 4th USENIX Symposium on Networked Systems Design & Implementation, which will take place April 11–13, 2007, in Cambridge, MA.

NSDI '07 focuses on the design and implementation principles of large-scale networks and distributed systems. Our goal is to bring together researchers from across the systems and networking communities to foster cross-disciplinary approaches and to address shared research challenges.

This year's outstanding program includes 27 technical papers carefully selected from a pool of 113 submissions. These high-quality papers represent a diverse range of hot research areas. In addition, NSDI '07 will feature a poster session where attendees can discuss emerging ideas in networked systems design by talking with leading researchers who are introducing their ongoing work. To submit a poster, please send a proposal, one page or less, by March 9, 2007, to nsdi07posters@usenix.org. Jinyang Li and Krishna Gummadi, the poster session chairs, will send back decisions by March 21, 2007.

Please join us at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge for this inspiring symposium covering the most innovative networked systems research. We look forward to seeing you there.

Sincerely,

Hari Balakrishnan, Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Peter Druschel, Max Planck Institute for Software Systems
