All measurements are performed on a cluster of PCs. Each has a 450 MHz
Intel Pentium II processor, 1 GB memory and a Myricom network
interface card with LANai 4.x microprocessor and 1MB on-board SRAM.
The PCs are set up for dualboot between the Linux 2.0.36 kernel 
and the Windows NT 4.0 SP5.
