In this section we present a brief overview of an Internet Indirection
Infrastructure, 
[6], which forms the foundation for
our mobility solution. The purpose of is to provide indirection;
that is, it decouples the act of sending from the act of receiving.
The service model is simple: sources send packets to a logical
identifier, and receivers express interest in packets sent to an
identifier. Delivery is best-effort like in today's Internet, with no
guarantees about packet delivery.
