How do I program 10,000 nodes?
You can’t program 10,000 x (for any x).
They program themselves.
- You write embarrassingly parallel programs
- Examples: SQL, Web, Google, Inktomi, HotMail,….
- PVM and MPI prove it must be automatic (unless you have a PhD)!
