**Attendees must mention ALS or USENIX or Annual Linux Showcase in order to receive the group rate. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes - currently 11%. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. You may cancel 24 hours prior to your arrival without penalty. In the event that the cancellation is within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival, the credit card used to guarantee the reservation will be charged one night's room and tax.

Note: All requests for hotel reservations made after the October 15 deadline will be handled on a space-available basis at the hotel's standard rate. You are encouraged to make your reservations as soon as possible in order to get the special discount rate.
