The zope-perl development is expected to follow the following timeline:
First public alpha, Jul 27
First Beta, by Sep 30
Release 1.0, by Nov 30

The code fragments/examples below are based on the Alpha 4 release made Aug 21 (zope-perl-0.1.a4). This release is known to work on Linux and Solaris.
