BoF Descriptions
Sxip BoF: Securing Web Identities
Moderator: Dick Hardt, Founder & CEO, Sxip Identity
Wednesday, August 2, 7:00 p.m.8:00 p.m., Tweedsmuir
As commercial and social interactions continue to migrate to the Web, establishing "who" we are is essential, and current identity management technologies are failing to operate at internet scale. This BoF will discuss emerging IdM solutions and user-centric protocols such as CardSpace, OpenID and SXIP that provide for identity data exchange, protect user privacy, and offer a functional gradient of security levels.
