In this section, we describe our test-bed and examine the effect of
handoffs on TCP throughput.
Our MH is a IBM Thinkpad T23 1.13GHz laptop running Red Hat
Linux 7.3 with a 2.4.18 kernel. The CH is a 866 MHz
desktop running a 2.4.18 Linux kernel. Our 
server is a 800 MHz
desktop running a 2.4.10 Linux kernel.
