Acupuncture stimulates the creation of beta-endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers.  It is also deeply relaxing.
Vitamins -- C helps heals wounds, and is depleted in people who smoke or are under prolonged stress.  E minimizes muscle damage and inflammation by reducing the blood levels of two chemical messengers that promote it.  Beta-carotene helps blood flow.  B6 is necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system and blood cells.  Use for CTS is controversial, so check with doctor.
Yoga -- don’t do the Frog, Handstand, or Plough without consulting with your doctor.
