This registration form enables you to register for the Linux 2.5 Kernel Developers Summit, March 30-31, 2001 to be held in San Jose, CA. The form consists of a series of pages that may take you some time to complete. If you are a member, then you can save time by knowing your member ID number and password. Please note: attendance to this event is by invitation only. Please do not register unless you have been invited by the program chair. Warning: this registration system stores information in the pages that are sent to you and the responses that you make. Nothing is retained on the server until you commit to the registration request on the penultimate page. Registration is NOT COMPLETE until you reach the page that is titled 'Thank You'. If you never see that page, then you have not registered. Once you reach the 'Thank You' page, you will be sent an email message stating that your registration information has been stored along with a temporary registration number. This means that it's important to enter your email address correctly.
You should avoid using the 'Back'
button on your browser. If you do need to return to a page to
make some changes, then changes must be processed by using
the 'NEXT' button on the altered page. Try to use the review
system that has been provided to avoid returning and having to
re-enter information.
