We've been notified that your paper has been accepted for the 1995 Proceedings of the Fifth Workshop on Hot Topics in Operating Systems (HOTOS-V), to be held in Rosario, WA, May 4-5, 1995. Your paper is to appear in the proceedings, which will be published in time for the conference. Enclosed is an author kit to help you in the preparation of your paper.
The author kit includes:
General author instructions and guidelines. Please note (item 5 of
author guidelines) that an electronic copy of your abstract --
including the paper title, keywords, author names, addresses, and
affiliations -- must be sent to the IEEE Computer Society Press. The
electronic file is to be in ASCII format and may be sent on disk with
your paper or via email to
Macros for using LaTex (if you use LaTex as your word processor).
A reprint order form to use if you wish reprints of your paper. Please
make checks for reprints out to the IEEE Computer Society.
A copyright release form that MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITH YOUR
PAPER. Note that you are stating that the material in your paper is
original and you have not previously released copyright to it. We
cannot publish your paper without this properly signed form.
Your manuscript must be camera-ready. If the print is gray or broken,
it will appear that way in the completed book. Manuscripts will be
photographed and printed just as they are.
For the success of the conference, please meet the schedule so that
all accepted papers are included in the Proceedings.
The paper must be received in the IEEE offices, along with the signed
copyright release form, by March 13, 1995. Please send your paper
