Software: Configuration
nsd (Name Server Daemon)
- If you compiled with support for TCP-Wrappers, enable AXFR in hosts.allow, for example: axfr: ALL : allow
- Create /usr/local/etc/nsd/nsd.zones (see nsd.zones.sample)
- Copy zone files under /usr/local/etc/nsd, as appropriate
- Run “nsdc update”, if necessary
- Run “nsdc rebuild”
- Run “nsdc start”
