Connection teardown

All HTML pages of a server allowing secured communcations using Plasma which offer documents contain a hyperlink to the CGI program Finl.cgi - refer to Figure [*] at the bottom. Upon activation of this hyperlink the session at the client side is torn down by calling the API function closeSession() of Plasma[*].

The result of this connection teardown is a Plasma token of the type Finl which now must be sent to the server. The application on the server side also recognizes that the session is to be disconnected upon receiving this token of type Finl and thus also calls closeSession().
